How soon after the builders finish can you start?
As soon as fresh paint is dry to the touch (24-48 hours) and any silicone sealant has cured (24 hours). We can do stage 1 (debris) before that if you need the site usable sooner.
Do you remove paint flecks from windows and floors?
Yes - careful blade scrape on glass, appropriate solvent on hard floors. We don't touch finishes that could be damaged without flagging it first.
What about builders' bags / waste removal?
We don't haul rubble or full builders' waste. We bag and remove smaller debris (tape, packaging, small offcuts). For skip-grade waste, ask your builder before they leave.
Is one visit enough?
For most domestic refurbs, yes - the three stages are completed in one day. For full new-builds we sometimes split across two days so paint/sealant has time to cure between stages.
Can you do a final clean before client handover?
That's exactly what this service is. Many of our post-construction jobs come from refurbishment companies, kitchen fitters and self-build owners who need the site handover-ready.
Are your cleaners insured and DBS-checked?
Yes — every MK Sparkle cleaner is fully insured (£2m public liability via Hiscox) and DBS-checked. We carry our certificates and can send proof before your first visit.
Do you offer same-day cleaning in Milton Keynes?
