Around 2 hours for a 1-bed, 2.5-3 hours for a 2- or 3-bed, and 3.5+ hours for 4-bed homes. We don't rush - the time we book is the time the cleaner stays.
Can I add ironing or laundry?
Yes - both are listed as extras on the quote page. Ironing is £18/hour, laundry is £20 per load (wash, dry, fold).
What if I want to skip a week?
Just message us - there's no charge for skipped visits as long as you give us 24 hours notice.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
No. Many regulars give us a key (we hold it in a coded box) or use a smart lock. We send arrival and completion messages every visit.
What if my regular cleaner is on holiday?
We send a vetted teammate, and we tell you in advance who's coming. Your usual cleaner picks up next visit.
Are your cleaners insured and DBS-checked?
