How is a deep clean different from a regular clean?
A regular clean keeps a tidy home tidy. A deep clean is a full reset - we move kettles and toasters, scrub the cupboard fronts, descale the bathroom, get behind and under things. Most customers book a deep clean once or twice a year, often before guests arrive or as a refresh.
Do you bring everything you need?
Yes - eco products, microfibre cloths, HEPA vacuums, descalers, the lot. If you have specific surface concerns (marble, natural stone, lacquered wood) we'll match the right solution. Just flag it on the quote.
How long does a deep clean take?
About 3.5 hours for a 1-bed, up to 7 hours for a 4-bed home. We send a team of two for anything 3+ bed so we're done in one day.
Can you include the oven and inside the fridge?
Yes - both are optional extras (oven £35, fridge £25 added to the deep clean). Tick them on the quote page and we'll bring the right kit.
Will my home be wet for hours afterwards?
No. We work room-by-room and use the right amount of product. Floors are dry within 30-60 minutes; bathrooms quicker than that.
Are your cleaners insured and DBS-checked?
Yes — every MK Sparkle cleaner is fully insured (£2m public liability via Hiscox) and DBS-checked. We carry our certificates and can send proof before your first visit.
Do you offer same-day cleaning in Milton Keynes?
