We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, bank transfers (ACH), and checks. Online payments can be made securely through our website portal. For recurring services, we can set up automatic payments to make things hassle-free.
We bill after each service is completed, unless you have a recurring plan, in which case we can set up monthly invoicing. Invoices are sent via email with a detailed breakdown of services rendered, hours worked, and any additional fees. For larger commercial contracts, we offer customized billing cycles like bi-monthly or quarterly.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid a fee. If you cancel within 24 hours, a 50% service fee may apply to cover preparation costs. For recurring plans, you can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice, and we'll prorate any unused services.

Our satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with any aspect of our service, contact us within 24 hours, and we'll return to address the issue at no extra cost. We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee—if we can't make it right, we'll refund the full amount for that visit. All our cleaners undergo thorough background checks and are fully trained professionals. We are also bonded and insured to protect your property and give you peace of mind during every visit.
