How quickly can you start?

We can usually start within 48 hours for one-off cleans and within 5 working days for new recurring slots. End-of-tenancy is often same-week if you book early in the week. For Airbnb turnover we offer same-day for established hosts.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the booking. Inside 24 hours we charge 50% to cover the cleaner's lost shift. For recurring customers, we always try to flex first — just let us know.

Do I need to be home?

Not at all. Many of our regular customers leave a key with us (we hold them in a coded box) or use a smart lock. We send a "we've arrived" and a "we're done" message on every visit so you always know.

Do I get the same cleaner each time?

For regular cleans, yes — we set you up with a single named cleaner and only swap when they're on holiday or sick (and we tell you in advance). For one-off cleans, we send the team best matched to the size and timing.

What products and equipment do you bring?

Eco-friendly products as standard, HEPA vacuums, microfibre cloths, all consumables. Plant-based and fragrance-free options available on request — important for people with allergies, asthma, or pets. If you prefer specific products, we'll match them.

What about pets and allergies?

Pets are no problem — tell us their names and any quirks on the quote page. For allergies, we use fragrance-free, hypoallergenic products on request and can avoid specific surfaces or cleaners entirely.

Guarantee & quality

What's your satisfaction guarantee?

If anything isn't right, tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back to fix it free of charge. If we still can't make it right, we refund the affected portion of the job. No quibbles.

What if something gets damaged?

It's covered. Our £2m public liability insurance handles accidental damage. We'll log it, photograph it, tell you the same day, and process the claim. We've had two minor incidents in the last three years — both resolved within a week.

Do you have a checklist?

Yes — a written checklist for every service type. End-of-tenancy customers get a copy in their PDF quote so you can see exactly what's included and what isn't. We never finish a job without ticking the checklist with the cleaner.

Payment

How do I pay?

Card, bank transfer, or direct debit (for regulars). We send a Stripe invoice within hours of the job finishing — pay with one click. Recurring customers usually go on direct debit so it's fully hands-off.

When do I pay?

After the job — never before. You see the work, you're happy, you pay. For new commercial accounts we sometimes ask for a deposit on the first job; we'll always tell you up-front.
